This month it's a brief one...here's what's coming up.
A special gift
I've been busy sculpting more intricate little wonders for some custom orders and I'm preparing as much stock as possible for my upcoming festival in Scotland. (****EXCITEMENT****)
New products include chunky pebble brooches, hairslides and lots of mini flower power earrings!
My studio is looking very untidy at the moment as I'm preparing stock, display boards and a million things at once ready for Eden festival next week. It's organised chaos though....doesn't really look it but it is! I promise!
This is the first festival I'll be trading at as a solo artist ~ last year I traded as part of 'The Treasure Cave' with Karen from Roots Woodcraft. I'm really excited to share my creations in such a beautiful place with such amazing people! It'll be my fifth consecutive year at Eden and my second year as a trader. Long may it continue!
(This year there's vintage caberet, victorian theatre, gin and rum nightclubs hidden amongst the trees....it's going to be a fun one!!)
Look out for next months newsletter to see how it all goes!
The new outlet in Greece is doing well. It's a lovely giftshop called Mesogio based in Stoupa. Last week I was sent this photo of a very happy customer who had just purchased a necklace. She then requested some earrings to match, which I promptly posted over to Greece before she left to go back home after her holidays. The one thing I find a little strange about having outlets is that I don't get to see who my creations are going to! I'm so used to selling on my stall and meeting my customers face to face. This pic was so lovely to receive, this necklace was made for this lady, it's perfect! I love happy customer photos! Do send them to me if you have any!
The facebook page has reached over 800 likes now ~ wowee! It's great to have a platform to share new creations. If you havn't already liked the page, you can do so at the end of this newsletter. If you're not on facebook.....good for you!
